After 6 weeks of incredible performances at packed out venues across the UK, the final curtain finally came down on Leona’s Labyrinth tour just a few weeks ago.
Following this success of her recent tour, Leona Lewis was ready for branching out to her forthcomomng world tour. Sadly, the planned tour of Australia, Asia and Europe has now been cancelled. The Bleeding Love singer is reportedly struggling to deal with her split from childhood sweetheart Lou Al-Chamaa. They were together for 10 years.
She's decided to get back into the studio to record songs for the deluxe edition of Echo and her third album, according to the Sunday Mirror.
A source told the newspaper, "Leona's heart just wasn't in the tour towards the end of the UK leg. She was heartbroken over her split with Lou. This was the love of her life."
It is also thought that when Christina Aguilera cancelled her US tour – on which Lewis was supposed to have a supporting slot – it convinced her that it was the right thing to do.
X Factor boss Simon Cowell is said to have given Leona until next summer to get her third album finished so she can perform on the US version of The X Factor which he is launching next year.
